About Me

» Mission

Since leaving the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office over 20 years ago, I have specialized exclusively in the area of criminal defense.  I’ve used all that I have learned in my career on both sides of the courtroom to do everything from winning “not guilty” verdicts in several First Degree Murder cases to preventing people from being charged in the first place.

I have represented persons accused of major drug conspiracies and have represented people for simple traffic tickets.  The common thread is obvious, though:  If the government accuses you of wrongdoing, I’m your man!

As a Cuban-American that is fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish, I have a very diverse background which allows me to effectively interact with clients on many levels.
